By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or accessing any Keepscircle experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated inside the product.
You must be at least 16 years old to organize or participate in a surprise on Keepscircle. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for every activity that happens under your account.
Keepscircle provides tools to design emotional landing pages, manage guest contributions, and deliver surprises. You promise to use the service respectfully and within the law.
Paid upgrades, challenge unlocks, and any add-ons are billed through our payment processor. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Keepscircle, the builder UI, and all supporting assets remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a license to host and display it solely for operating the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for other gift organizers. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
Keepscircle is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
